Finding the Right Property
One of the most daunting parts of the tenancy process as a tenant is finding the right property for you. At The Rental Managers we acknowledge this and have provided you with a wonderful search tool on our website to take the challenge out of finding the right property for you. All our properties that are available now and soon to be are on our site and our Company prides itself on ensuring our website is updated daily with any changes.
Inspecting the Property
It is important that you inspect the property or properties that may be of interest to you. If you are unable then a friend or associate may be able to do this on your behalf. Once you have found a property that is of interest to you then you need to book an inspection. You can easily do this by using our 24/7 online booking system. It’s easy - all you have to do is click on the “Book Inspection” against the property that is of interest to you and then simply complete the form and decide on the time you would like to inspect. It is essential that you complete this registration process. The times advised online are tentative and only become active inspections after registration.
Submitting your Application
If the property is for you then your next step is to complete our application which is available to download from our website. This can then be submitted via fax, post, email or dropped into our office along with your required identification. What is required for your application is all set out on the front page of the application itself.
How long does it take to process the Application
Our office aims to have your application processed within 24 to 48 hours. This always depends on being able to get hold of your references. It is always a good idea to advise your references to expect a call from our office which will speed up this process.
Accepting & Signing the Lease
Our office will advise you via phone once your application is approved and we will then require you to execute the tenancy agreement within 24 - 48 hours of this approval and pay the first weeks rent so that we can stop advertising the property.
